Kio ora This term pt england  are doing force and motion in team 5 we are doing a expo we got split into groups my group was me and junior we did a puller.we did a puller because it incorporated one of newtons laws of motion.



in my group we actually had 5 idears before we got to the puller idea we had floating egg, glowing egg, paper planes, cardboard basketball hoop and catapult then i said to my group all these ideas are great but we wont have enough time to make them. So we thought smaller and smarter and that's where the puller idea came in to place.small but it explains one of Newton's laws.



The puller idea was a success because when we tested it worked 
when we pulled the cardboard out of the cup the other cup went down into the Cup.



next time I am going to organise my stuff more better.

this week the year eights went to camp when they left we got into groups of cherries,fob ,munches,
they there chant after that they got in to there rotations one was team building and that when you had to make a tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti and another one was art you had to make a poster
and one was cooking we that for the next to days but on the last day we had a movie.

polyfest

Today i will be why pt england went to polyfest and i saw.First i will tell you about what i liked about polyfest and tell you about why went and tell you what were the group names

i really like about polyfest were the kapa haka groups and the  south african group and how they both stayed in formation

And the different dances.

Some of the activities were cool to

We went to polyfest because to learn about how different cultures danced and  to have fun and to see how they made their food

But i think to see our family perform.

I think polyfest  is good for the student to learn about their culture

And how the other people did their stuff.

Last of all the team names my team name was the scetiles there was one called te reo maori and that it bye
